Shipping at Bond & Being
We pack calmly and carefully. Below you will find everything you need to know before placing an order.
1. Processing time
Total waiting time = processing time + delivery time.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days from receipt of payment.
- Delivery time within the European Union: 7–13 business days.
- Total within the European Union: 8–15 business days.
Orders placed on non-working days are processed on the next business day.
2. Free shipping
We offer free shipping to every country we ship to. The threshold depends on the currency of your order:

If your order is settled in another currency, we convert the threshold at the current exchange rate. The exact threshold and delivery cost for your address are always shown at checkout, before payment.

Amounts in EUR and USD are converted into the currency of your order at the current exchange rate.
The times given above apply to standard delivery. We ship calmly and carefully — we would rather give an honest estimate than promise the impossible.
4. Maximum delivery deadline
In accordance with Art. 5431 of the Polish Civil Code, we hand over your order no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. If we fail to do so, you may set us an additional deadline and, if it passes without effect, withdraw from the contract.
The times given in the tables are estimates based on carrier data. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, customs inspections or an incorrect address provided by the customer — but we will inform you promptly of any delay we become aware of.
5. Tracking your parcel
Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number and a tracking link. If it has not arrived, please check your spam folder and write to us at info@bondandbeing.com.
6. Customs duties, taxes and import charges (orders outside the EU)
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and administrative charges may be levied by the customs authorities of the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or the delivery cost and are borne by the customer. Free shipping does not cover these charges.
The amount of such charges depends on the regulations of the destination country and is beyond our control. We recommend checking local regulations before placing an order.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or because customs charges were refused, we refund the value of the products less the actual cost of return transport.
7. Split orders
Products from bundles and multi-item orders may be shipped in separate parcels — at no additional cost to you. In that case, the withdrawal period runs from the receipt of the last parcel.
8. Incorrect address and uncollected parcels
- Please check that your address is correct before confirming your order.
- If you notice a mistake, write to us immediately — if the parcel has not yet been dispatched, we will correct the details free of charge.
- If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we will contact you and arrange either re-shipment (cost of re-dispatch borne by the customer) or a refund.
9. Insurance and risk
The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the consumer at the moment the product is handed over by the carrier — not at the moment of dispatch. Until then, the risk is ours.
